Disposal Form

Pursuant to Section 25 (2) (a) and (b) National Archives of Malaysia Act 2003, all public offices (Ministries / Departments / Agencies) must apply for permission from the National Archives of Malaysia prior to the implementation of the disposal of public records by using forms that have been approved through the Government Gazette dated October 13, 2008.
