- Ensure that policies, directions and strategies of the National Archives are sound and effective;
- To ensure the implementation of service delivery systems and records management to run smoothly and in compliance with laws, regulations and standards set by the National Archives;
- Ensure that officers and staff have the competencies Archives in archives administration and records management services according to the officer concerned;
- Ensure that officers and employees in public office have the awareness and knowledge in the field of records management and
- Ensure collaboration and synergy established between the provision of products and efficient service delivery and value added.
