We pledge to;

  1. Ensure record management consultancy service application will be replied within 3 days from the application receipt date.
  2. Inform application status of management courses or records preservation within 1 month prior the start of course.
  3. Authorise conventional record disposal which is NOT stated in the Record Disposal Schedule, within 6 months, from the complete application receipt date.
  4. Authorise conventional record disposal which is stated in the Record Disposal Schedule, within 14 days, from the complete application receipt date.
  5. Provide Department functional Record Disposal Schedule within 6 months from the Record Disposal Schedule Workshop date.
  6. Certify public record acceptance within 3 working days after the records has been transferred.
  7. Ensure that reference material will be available within 1 hour to the researcher provided that the information given is accurate and complete as well in the permissible media.
  8. Ensure that department loan application is managed within 5 working days provided that the information given is accurate and complete.
  9. Provide answers to the customer queries and complaints within the following period:
    1. acknowledgement of receipt within 3 working days.
    2. feedback within 14 working days.
  10. Approve application of guide trips to National Archives and Memorial within 3 working days from the application receipt date.
