Prohibited information spread-out and distributions and negative materials which are opposing the defense foundation.
Spreading of political information, scandals, and racism or anything that can jeopardize the reputation of the Malaysia National Archive and Public Services are strictly prohibited.
All the information which are to be featured in the Malaysia National Archive website need to attain approval from the Head of Division/ Department/ Agency.
Department/Agency or Company website which needs to link to the Malaysia National Archive or the other way round must obtain the permission from the Head of Department / Agency.
Any breaking-in or attempted hacking activities to the Malaysia National Archive is strictly prohibited.
