LIBRARY COLLECTION

  1. Book

    This is largest collection. Present library have a sum 12,000 books. Mostly is about record management and archive; history and Malaysian culture; and general reference books such as dictionary, term, encyclopedia, annual official book, bibliography, catalog and guide book.

  2. Serial Publication

    This collection include journal and annual report from within country and abroad. Library Department  have journal collection on archive and record that may be said most complete relatively to other libraries. Journal collection also centred in history field. Between journals related to history that kept in Perpustakaan Jabatan is Journal of Straits Branch of the Royal Asiatic Society, Journal of the Indian Archipelago and The Selangor Journal. Annual report collection from Arkib's institutions foreign arranged according to country's name alphabet. This collection stationed in International Archive Angle.

  3. Thesis / Academic Training

    This collection contain thesis / academic training in masters level, bachelor, working papers and project, essay and quick study papers that provided as a result of research in Arkib Negara Malaysia.

  4. Risa

    A few pamphlet type received by Perpustakaan placed in Sudut Arkib Antarabangsa. This Risa-risalah were related with service and activities in Arkib institution foreign.

  5. Country Archive Publication Malaysia

    This collection containing ingredients that are published by National Archives Department Malaysia. It include annual report, bulletin, Hari Ini Dalam Sejarah book, guide book, panducari and also pamphlets.

Semua bahan perpustakaan boleh dibuat penyalinan KECUALI:

  2. Bahan nadir (Bahan yang berlabel warna oren)

BORROWING AND REFRENCES

  1. Semua pegawai dan kakitangan Arkib Negara Malaysia termasuk ANM Negeri boleh meminjam bahan-bahan perpustakaan.
  2. Penyelidik yang telah berdaftar dibenarkan membuat pinjaman membuat rujukan sahaja. Pinjaman bahan tidak dibenarkan.
