SAHABAT ARKIB PROGRAM

The Sahabat Arkib (Friends of the Archives) program is an initiative by the National Archives of Malaysia designed to enhance public awareness, advocacy, and engagement regarding the importance of preserving the nation’s documentary heritage.

Membership is open to individuals aged 13 and above from all backgrounds who share an interest in history and heritage.

Members of Sahabat Arkib have the opportunity to contribute directly to preserving national heritage while gaining valuable training, knowledge, experience, and networking opportunities. Members will also receive official recognition in the form of a certificate of participation.
