Electronic Records Management Unit
- Plan and prepare policies, procedures and guidelines for the management of electronic records in public office;
- Plan and implement programmes and electronic records management activities throughout the life cycle of records:
- Advisory service on electronic records management
- Advisory service on ERMS application development
- Briefing on electronic record management
- Planning and preparing an inventory of legacy systems in public office and carry out research and evaluation system of record for the disposal of records;
- Help provide a classification of public office files;
- Compliance testing of electronic records management applications in public office to the ERMS system specifications developed by ANM;
- To carry out the programme of cooperation in the implementation of electronic government projects.
