Network, Security and Development System Unit

Develop, implement and make a review of the ICT Strategic Plan (ISP) is ANM.

Maintain COMPASS application
- Monitor the implementation of COMPASS in all Branches, statesman and Archives Division Headquarters.
- To receive and analyze complaints and suggestions and improve the effectiveness of COMPASS
- To update COMPASS data and make maintenance of storage space

Infrastructure, provide technical support services and perform the duties of an intermediary between the National Archives by the central agency responsible for the system of HRMIS e-government applications, e-SPKB e-Procurement and SPP II.

Plan, execute and monitor the National Archives Network (Archive * Net).

Maintain archive * Net network with suppliers and monitor network capacity requirements increase in the level of usage.

Develop and regulate the ICT policy, ICT Guidelines and Policies on Security and ANM policy set by ANM and MAMPU.

Operations and Support Services Unit
- ANM needs to plan ICT equipment and provide appropriate technical specifications.
- Maintenance of computer equipment and infrastructure, information and communication information to operate the department in the use of the optimum.
- Ensure preventive maintenance work carried out by the supplier of the periodic table that has been prescribed and submit reports according to the agreement.
- Provide technical advice and support (helpdesk) for all ICT issues.
- Examine and make recommendations to the Committee on the Disposal of ICT equipment for the disposal of ICT equipment
- Manage and administer the operation of Data Center including security, monitoring and maintenance of the entire Data Center.
- To plan, manage, test and implement the procedure back-up and recovery (if necessary) for all server operating system, applications and databases ANM.
