Documentation Unit

  1. Plan, identify and implement programmes to fill the information gaps in archive materials:
    • Oral history
    • Talk / discourse / historical documentation
  2. Conduct studies, research and data collection about Documentation programmes.
  3. Carry out the video recording (moving images) work and still pictures (still images) for documentation programmes.
  4. Provide a description for recorded materials for accessibility, reference and publication purposes.
  5. Manage the reproduction of recording materials for preservation and reference purposes.
  6. Edit and review the quality of the recorded materials.
  7. Provide a database of Documentation programmes.

Support Service Unit

  1. Run administrative affairs (leave, correspondence, filing system, meeting and so on) Section.
  2. Handling financial matters (book vote, government's message, budget recommendation provision) Section.
  3. Manage Registri in Section level.
  4. Coordinate personnel affairs and Section service.

Mass Media Unit

  1. Plan and identify the event / topic / theme for the programmes in the media and the National Archives website:
    • Today In History (HIDS)
    • Article Writing
  2. Conduct studies and research on archive materials for the HIDS programmes and writing articles in the mass media
  3. Foster cooperative relationships with departments / agencies and mass media regarding annual programmes.
  4. Manage and provide archive materials, scripts and articles for the annual programmes in the mass media.
  5. Collect and document the materials generated from the program have been published through the mass media for publication and distribution.
