Documentation Section
Documentation Unit
- Plan, identify and implement programmes to fill the information gaps in archive materials:
- Oral history
- Talk / discourse / historical documentation
- Conduct studies, research and data collection about Documentation programmes.
- Carry out the video recording (moving images) work and still pictures (still images) for documentation programmes.
- Provide a description for recorded materials for accessibility, reference and publication purposes.
- Manage the reproduction of recording materials for preservation and reference purposes.
- Edit and review the quality of the recorded materials.
- Provide a database of Documentation programmes.
Support Service Unit
- Run administrative affairs (leave, correspondence, filing system, meeting and so on) Section.
- Handling financial matters (book vote, government's message, budget recommendation provision) Section.
- Manage Registri in Section level.
- Coordinate personnel affairs and Section service.
Mass Media Unit
- Plan and identify the event / topic / theme for the programmes in the media and the National Archives website:
- Today In History (HIDS)
- Article Writing
- Conduct studies and research on archive materials for the HIDS programmes and writing articles in the mass media
- Foster cooperative relationships with departments / agencies and mass media regarding annual programmes.
- Manage and provide archive materials, scripts and articles for the annual programmes in the mass media.
- Collect and document the materials generated from the program have been published through the mass media for publication and distribution.
